I do not like some of the new quests

Specifically, from what I’ve done so far (I’ll update as I go along) Aldorei’s Secret Part II and The Hunger of the Gerts Part II.

I don’t want to be rude to the person who made these (yes, I know they were made by the same person), but the main issue is that they seem to have not played the preceding quests, and, quite frankly, do not seem to be a good storyteller/writer. They also not have some pretty damn egregious grammar/spelling issues.

While Aldorei’s would be passable with better dialogue, Gerts is miserable. It truly feels like no time or effort was put into that one.

These seriously do not feel up to the standard of stuff like All Roads to Peace, Hollow Serenity, or Cowfusion (the other quests I’ve done).

The characters are weak, their dialogue is weak, and the story is convoluted to hell and back (wonder if the maker likes Marvel).

Also to note: Ultimate Weapon wasn’t very good… but that’s sort of expected and I don’t really care as much. I do think more could’ve been done with the idea, and it should’ve more heavily focused on this guy trying to make the job arbitrarily difficult.

But that’s just my two cents. Posting here as it’s more of an unfocused rant. I’m not going to go full-out Multiverse of Madness 6 hour breakdown video of why it’s bad.

 

The dialogue for those quests are currently unfinished due to unforeseen circumstances and will be updated at a later date.

 

I think Aldorei's Secret 2 is honestly okay, the lore is dumb but the gameplay is fine. It feels like some stuff got cut from the quest but aside from that there isn't much to complain about

I am honestly really disappointed that this quest made it into the main release instead of being removed and remade for 2.1

I actually like the new Ultimate Weapon, it's an overall improvement on the original quest and i liked the jokes

 

Aldorei has fine gameplay, but, like I said, I think the writing is really bad.

And for Ultimate… it’s fine as a joke quest, I guess I hadn’t seen it as that.
