Anyone else think the 3D weapon models are ugly?

personally, I think the 3D models really dont mesh well with the 2D pixel art that the entire rest of the game is in. im considering making a pack with 2D replacements for all the weapons

u good bro? so we're gonna be holding paper weapons now... the wynncraft 3d weapons are literally 1 pixel thicker than the normal vanilla weapons what are you on????

aws404 made a 2d weapons resource pack a couple years ago. The links in the original thread are broken, but someone else posted the Google Drive link. Not sure if the pack works, but I could attempt updating it

 

I know the banana bow isn't the prettiest weapon ever once you get past the "haha banana bow" joke but don't diss my beloved generic level 1 oak wood spear model like that.

 

If you make a version with 2d instead of 3d models it'll break a lot of the custom mobs that use gear skins as part of their models and rely on them being 3d

 

yes, but unlike every other item, weapons are 3d. Thickness doesnt matter.

 

The items would be paper thin if it was 2D. Every item in game is three dimensional lol. Thickness is quite literally what makes it 3D

 

Yes, but unlike vanilla minecraft items which are all 1 pixel wide, wynncraft weapons actually have depth.
