SPOILER How do you access the Phantom Scapatoey in the new update?

Hey guys so I was playing the new update and I'm in the part of the Malevolent Schqitz quest where you get access to the Phantom Scapatoey, but unfortunately it seems like the quest is bugged because the teleporter doesn't work. I tried to go to access the Scapatoey manually by walking to where the quest compass pointed but as I was making my way through the Skreming Shitel zone in Troms I got a quest message saying that "it's dangerous to walk into this zone because magic" or smth like that. The worst part is that I that I really needed get access to the Phantom Scapatoey because of the new wand the "Sdinklymor" that gives you a lot of hpr.
Any ideas on what to do?

 

Have you tried using /class or /kill yet? Also if that doesn't work try walking through the quest again, 'cause you might've missed a quest trigger or something.

As you can see the entrance is clearly blocked off, so I have no idea how I could possibly access the forementioned Phantom Scapatoey area. This just feels like some kind of cruel joke by the devs
