Shaman/Skyseer 2.0 Ritualist build

Looking for a Ritualist build with no mythics some more pointers are:

• Ability tree is in one of the replies
• I could buy a stardew, dawnbreak or boreal but no mythic weapons or chestplate as they are farr to expensive
  
• I would like to have decent movement and i dont mind a bit of a glass cannon
  Thats mostly everything, hope someone can help me out.
