I have access to QH but I didn't do LI and no mythics
I have a budget of 40 Le

Gonna be hard to beat morph, it gives great hp and dps along with that mana regen and spell reduction

18k meteors a long with winded and can spell spam. This goes full riftwalker and part of arcanist for the meteor dps . This probably isnt as good as morph, it's just so hard to beat it. You might be able to switch out some parts for more dps and less mana regen/steal as i probably overkilled it, but I dont want this build to be glass.(I hope this build is good, not sure though)
