Mage/Dark Wizard Help Fatal build

i found a fatal on the floor a while ago i kinda want a build for 2.0 probs riftwalker preferably with decent healing decent spell not to much -hpr

i want rift walker cus arcanist has no heals

teleport spam = absolutely broken

 

how do u tp spam since you cant walk over and spam it down or up to deal damage do you fly through them then turn then repete or am i just dum

also why do you take earth and air mastery istead of breathless

Tp spam is not that viable for consistence dmg

Keep in mind that I'm not the most experienced builder - but this is my attempt. While it uses Stardew, from what I can tell, Stardew is one of the cheaper mythics.
