Archer/Hunter Rate my orange lily build

So my archer friend wanted me to make a build that is not glassy (around 40k ehp) and at least 20k storm so i made him this build:

moreh stardust (insane). have hpr but not as much as cancer while having some of cumulative damage. it has ataraxy too which makes your weapon super slow which is better for curse charging

not rainbow, but this one has lower ehp but more damage than all of the above, it has time rift which can recast your spells (approx ~1.42 times more dps). it also has a ton of hpr which is a lot of sustain
