Info Changes to Moderation Management

Salutations everyone,

With an increase of IRL tasks that have fallen into Salkasm's lap the team needed another mod manager to handle the duties he no longer has time to actively work on.

Which is why I'm announcing a change from today onwards: Salkasm will be cycled out with Viridian as mod manager.

He will be taught in the coming weeks how to become a full mod manager and will handle every task that I myself am in charge of (in case anyone's wondering what they are: handling community feedback, solving reports of abusive moderators, steering various projects within the team and assisting moderators on other bits and bobs).

Viridian is not only knowledgeable but also consistently able to moderate every aspect of the server, having been a moderator on the team for a year and a half. Along with his skills in leading and solving complicated cases he is the ideal candidate for the position.

Salkasm will remain as an advisor in the team due to his fantastic librarian knowledge of all things moderation related - his counsel is invaluable. He will keep his manager rank due to being available to review reports against abusive moderators (it'll remain one of his tasks, along with me and Viridian).
