good level 30 shaman build?

This is not my only class, I can use some higher tier powders or blah blah, even maybe do some dungeon for certain piece of armour.

 

You don't really have to worry about having a proper build until level 90+. I would recommend just using armor and weapons that appeal to you and upgrading as you go. You'll be leveling up so fast that if you were to make a build that early on it would quickly become outclassed by other items

 

Adventure set+any weapon can last you till 40+
