Reincarnation Quest Lag (Contains Spoilers)

I have gotten all of the items and I have access to the Bob boss fight, but whenever I start the boss fight, I get detrimental lag spikes consistently. I have not experienced lag this bad before, or at last not bad enough were I would notice it. Does anyone know to make it better if I even can?

Things I've tried.
1.12.2 and 1.19.1 Forge, and 1.19.2 Vanilla
Setting Particles to minimal with OptiFine
Turning Vsync on/off
Task manager doesn't catch anything so I don't think it's a hardware issue.

Hopefully I send a link to a video. If so, none of the lag in the video was caused by the recording software.

 

I suggest temporarily turning down all of your settings to the lowest. If this still doesn't work I suggest asking a higher level player for help. I know this isn't ideal but it's an option.

 

This actually did fix the lag issue. I've also discovered that I am too low of level to kill him. Thanks for the help.

 

this quest is suppose to finish at 75 and reward is a level 75 weapon - a pretty good one to use until endgame, so i suggest you to find a higher level player for help instead
