hello people pls yes help

after i went out of country i have been hitting really high pings, and after dxp weekend ive been hitting 14k pings. my normal ping is 250-300 since i live in asia, is it cus server lagging? my wifi isnt being laggy tho, its normal ping on other servers, and 40-50ms in discord, is this wynn servers laggy or does it involve wynn and my ip not in sync (i dont know what im talking about), and are there any other ips to use to reduce lag?
