What am I supposed to do with all the ingredients?

I have 3 pages of my Enderchest full of ingredients but have no use for them. What should I do with them?

 

Sell them on the trade market if they give a decent amount of money. If not, through into your ingredient pouch and shift+right click (or whatever it is) to sell whatever in your pouch. Alternatively you can sell to the blacksmith for the same amount of money but there's only 8 slots so it's slower.

If they're in your level you can use them to level up your professions.
