Why is Imperious worth so much?

This random relik I found in my bank is worth 4LE on the player market. Any clue as to why?

In addition, they are MUCH cheaper than this on the actual market. It's recommending me to sell for tons of LE when even near maxed versions of the item are going for as low as 18 EB and 32 EB on the market!

 

it's valuable because it has the highest walk speed of any relik, so it's nice to have as a secondary weapon

the recommended price in the market menu is rarely accurate, though

 

the price check is almost never accurate, don't trust anything

 

…does it???

 

my b, there's actually 3 reliks with higher ws but they have much higher skill point reqs (and one is a mythic)
