Assassin/Ninja Help Assassin Build For lvl 83?

Hey i am level 83 and am Looking for a Set to do things like TOA / similar so it shouldnot focus on xp bonus

Some things to maybe mention are i did choose Dragon eye bracelet / I would prefer to use spells / and affortable so i dont have to sell my kidney.

you can sell your dragons eye in the trade market, sells for like 2le
draoi is much better for assassin since it uses spin more often

 

Is there a way to get another Draoi except making another profile? else i might not be able to get the Draoi Fair
