Characters gone

I am a long time enjoyer of Wynncraft, playing since 2017 and spending hours on end in the worlds of Wynncraft, but after some time I got new hobbies, and private occupations forced me to stop playing.

An itch caused me to come back, I installed minecraft, launched the game for the first time in over a year (if not longer), and I join Wynncraft, lo and behold, all my old characters.... gone, I see an empty character screen and have to make a new character to start playing.

I have no idea what to do, and am as of now very disappointed, and sad that my characters (and all my hard work) are gone.

Could it be possible you are playing on a different account than you did in 2017?

 

no, I have used the same account for over 10 years

 

I Have figured out what happened, after the mojang > microsoft transfer, I got 2 accounts linked somehow, and they both had similar names,
Me being somewhat slow sometimes didn't notice the 1 letter difference.
