problem with Wynnexcavation site B quest

When i try to start the quest the NPC say this to me :

Hello there! we are working very hard here at this excavation site! we have one in almuj as well, i think you should check it out !

but the quest don t start and i visited almuj excavation site (A) a lot of time and even finish the quest inside it so why can t i do this quest ?

 

Make sure you have the untradeable crystal shard from the site A quest in your inventory when you talk with NPC to start the quest.
