A friend of mine has been diagnosed with Tendinitis. In order to start the healing process, actions like clicking repeatedly on a mouse without Interruptions should be avoided.
Is it allowed to use an auto-clicker, which speed is adjusted to match the weapons attack speed (between 250ms and 2000ms).
In order to cast spells, the auto-clicker has to be deactivated with an hotkey and the spell will be casted normally. After that the auto-clicker could be activated again. The auto-clicker will only be used in PvE.
Regarding Rule 1: Its an program that automatically generates mouse inputs.
Regarding Rule 2: It would be a loop in order to make the game playable for a person which could not play the game otherways due to health issues? Please help me to interpret those rules.

    Thank you for your answer.

I believe it is allowed, but it's kinda a grey zone for using macros/single spell macros. Use it at your own risk

Macros that loop infinitely are not allowed, but you are a allowed to have a looping main attack macro as long as the attack button is held down, and it stops when the button is released.
I believe this would work since it doesn’t involve repeatedly clicking the button, just clicking and holding it down.

For spells you are allowed to bind a single cast of a spell combination to a hotkey, like pressing Z for RLR, for example.
