Click lag?

So, lag. Ive never ever in any minecraft server experinced as much lag as i have in wynncraft. Even servers where i have 400 ping arent that laggy. I have a powerful pc, a quite good internet connection, around 100 ping in wynn and im using 12.2. I cannot see any reason for the unfathomable amount of lag in this server, not one day passed by where i wasnt lagging. Are the servers complete garbage or is there something weird going on? I just dont get it.
