I cannot find my corrupted potato anymore, what do I do?

Hello, just like the title says, I cannot find my corrupted potato item anymore.
I don't know how this happened, but I do know that at one point in time I used to have it since I did finish the quest called "The corrupted village", and now I'm kind of stuck, since I am level 68 and I'm currently doing the "Temple of the legends" quest.
I'm also making this threat because in the list of items that I need to proceed with the quest, there's also the corrupted potato, that as I said, I cannot find.
Does anyone know if there is any way to get another corrupted potato or will I be forever stuck at this quest? Thanks a lot:)
Also, here's proof that I did indeed complete the quest "The corrupted village" and that I'm currently doing the quest "Temple of the legends"

 

/fixquests should give you back the potato.
