    got it from a friend that quit a while ago, willing to sell it if it's allowed to (im 99% sure it is)


    for those who are wondering - you dont get it from this quest
    Macabre Masquerade Hallowynn 2014

    and wynndata shows it's discontinued/unobtainable from event which I believe is from 2014

    You can trade it. As for the price, well, those are in a very limited stock since they are basically collector's items from 2014. I'd say it could be worth stacks of LE.
