build i would use
u should dual wield a bow that has super slow attack speed so that mana steal actually proccs(in wynn the slower your attack speed is, the higher the chance for mana steal and lifesteal to procc is)
or you can use eyes on all to get to super slow attack speed

 

Morph is always a good option for xp/loot

Hey also, You need the abysso Galoshes for a quest(you lose them after the Lost Soles quest). So just go to the pirate cove and the armor npc sells another version of the abysso Galoshes, called the Cursed Jackboots. It costs 5760E. Hopefully this helps(the Cursed Jackboots have all of the random stats of the Abysso Galoshes set as the base stat)
