Mage/Dark Wizard Help Any idea on how I could improve my build made with what I had laying aroud ?

So, I recently came back to Wynncraft and discovered that my previous build had been nerfed into the ground (or it was shit to begin with). With that in mind, I quickly made a new build with the stuff I had in my bank.

It works somewhat, but I know that in the grand scheme of things, it's still shit, and I'd like some help, if possible, to improve it, in any way you can think of:

Here is probably the worst mage heavy spell in existence, but it's better than what you're using currently.
Your current necklace and bracelet are weird. Ring of Generosity is odd too, but you said you put it together with whatever you had lying around.

 

What would you say is the main problem with my build currently ?

You might be able to pull heavy spell off if you get a lot of mana sustain though.
Like the edit of your build has decent steal, but it could be better, and with a tenuto of at least -5 attack speed (to get super slow), the steal will activate consistently.

Here's an interesting super fast melee heavy spell hybrid which just changes the funky accessories you're using.

 

Wait, so I actually want to hit as slowly as possible ? So a Tenuto with a "bad" identification ?

 

The slower a weapon hits, the greater chance mana steal will activate to make up for slower hitting--less chances to activate. Yet it does so in a more beneficial increase. So super slow is actually the best for trying to activate mana steal.
This will change in the next update, but for now that's what it is.
