Any thoughts on how I could improve my build? I havent done LI, thats part of why I'm seeking suggestions. Also preferably without mythics.

Mana steal will activate more, +2 steal. Unnoticeable more ehp and damage.
But making it sslow is my only suggestion.

 

super slow is required most of the time for spellsteal builds since its the only way tp comfortably proc mana steal while investing as much cps to spell casting as possible. the mana on that build is not great either, you would beed like 9 ms to sustain 1/3 cost spin multi spin multi cycle not counting vanish. soo yeah the build naka gave you will fix all those issues

 

if you want extra mana and some ws, use adrenaline
