SPOILER SPOILERS FOR 2.0 COWFUSION: Who is considered one of them?

I tried to make the title as not-spoilery as possible.

In Cowfusion, we learn that Drale is actually a member of an alien species called the "Wocs". The wocs seem to be a humanoid species that resemble cows of the Holstein variety. Here's an image of Drale for reference, all the wocs in the quest are identical to him.


This should be simple, right? Drale from tunnel trouble was actually an alien all along and his species are more widespread than just him. However, as it turns out, there are more cow people around Wynncraft who resemble him and could be considered members of his species:

Spoiler: Rebel Cows

These cows are found in Stable Story, along with 2 high-ranking cows

Spoiler: Albert and Etus

Albert and etus are not only prime examples of potential wocs, but also important to this theory. Also, Etus appears to have visited the Wynncraft Discord Server one too many times. Poor guy

Spoiler: Enraged Corrupted Cow

The Enraged Corrupted Cow is found sometimes in the Detlas Outskirts. It's also possibly proof that the Wocs can be corrupted too.

Spoiler: Cow King

Cow King is the last example that I'm aware of. He's found on a rock outside Cinfras.

How many of these cows are actually wocs? I would like to say all of them, but it's hard to tell as all of them apart from Cow King have a different lower jaw to any of the wocs seen in Cowfusion.

I think Albert, Etus and the rebel cows are probably Wocs. This is because Albert and Etus have always been linked to Drale. In the old version of Tunnel Trouble (A Confused Farmer), Drale tells the player that he was mistaken for a cow by Bylvis and rescued by Etus. To be fair, they were both implied to be humans in that quest, but if Drale can be changed to be an alien species then so can Etus and Albert.

I imagine the Rebel Cows are a group of wocs who live in the Ternaves area and terrorise the locals. They are probably unrelated to Drale's group but at the same time I feel like Drale would encourage people to hate horses so it's hard to tell.

The Enraged Corrupted Cow is probably one of the rebel cows who died and was corrupted

The cow king is probably a random woc who got lost, met the Touroto, and was either officially recognised as or personally considered as their king.

The wocs are an incredibly weird part of the lore and I have no idea if they are important or not

I'm pretty sure the Durum Protector could also be considered a woc.

 

I think COWS are the ALIENS and they can shapeshift between cow form and humanoid cow form!
