How do I enter Eltom now?

It's been quite a long time since I ventured to Eltom. So long, in fact, that the entire town including its entrance cave was rebuilt while I wasn't there, and now I don't know how to get in the proper way. There's no button, and the door doesn't open on its own. Could anyone enlighten me?

 

the quest got reset when it was updated, you'll have to do it again

 

yep, after finishing the quest you can access fast travel between thesead and eltom

 

I've already completed the quest, though, I can't start it again. Is the only way in afterwards really by fast travel?

 

There are some 3 entrances scattered around , for example:

At 1066 , -5524 , there is a rock hiding the entrance, but once you get closer it gets revealed.
