Mage/Dark Wizard Help Need Help Optimizing this build

Hello, I've been having a few issues with my current build.

It's supposed to be a spell spam but the dps is lacking. What should I change to improve it? Also, since I'm kind of broke, I can't really afford any mythics.

this build used to be the meta a loooooong time ago, things have changed
it has too much mana regen, you can work with something between 6-9 depending on your spell costs, thus leaving space for other items that increase dmg or tankiness
also the item choices could be better, since aquarius, raindrop, squid anklet and dark channeler lack potential
