I guess mixed mana is cool and all but why is mana regen a req .—. weathturd major ID is like build for vanish camping and spell steal

only the main attack can proc mana steal, but it's preferred over mana regen for assassin since mana regen doesn't work while vanished

 

What do you mean I can’t cast spells to cast more spells?
No but spell steal just means it’s a spell build with the sustain coming from primarily mana steal. In the way long ago spells actually did proc mana steal but that no longer exists.

 

Much less ehp and mana regen then requested (mana steal is better for assassin tho) but very high damage after vanish + courage.

Umm fix the cost will be better

 

There was no cost req but ok

 

I mean spell cost not cost req
4 cost spin 7/3 ms not enough to sustain at all
