Potion of Healing Stacking Help

I have two different stacks of the Potions of Healing, is there a way to stack both into one? When I keep trying it just says that "You can only hold one potion at a time" I have no idea if I am doing something wrong, or its just unable to do that

I know, one stack has only 3 potions, and the other has 5, and I can not combine them, I have one in the bank for whatever reason I put it in the bank and now I got two different stacks of potions of healing

Potions are sold in bundles of 3. You can scrunch up to 30 potion charges into a single potion item. You can only carry up to 30 healing potions at one time. Maybe the combined total of both potion items succeeds 30 charges? Either that or it's a bug.

 

Yeah, i have no idea what is going, I just cant stack any potions of healing if its already a stack, can stack other stacks no matter what is done

 

does one of your health potions say [3/30]?
