The bug often happen through my play through

The orphion Nexus of light
which is a raid that require a team up to 5 within lev 500.
That me with 4 other friend are hardly fight through it at the lev of 92-97.
Third time in a row at the end when fighting the nexus of light the ground ruin happen to be disaster suddenly quick or slow without any thing has happen before. Having a hard time fight through that and then the parasite. which we kill it and read through dialogue and walk into the treasure room. NO ONE GET TO SEE THE LOOT NOT EVEN ANYTHING. Tell me this is not bug ? what could possibly do ? get gud ? this sucks

The blood ruin is a mechanic that forces the player to be aware of their surroundings. In case you lack the ability to comprehend what I just said, I'll make it clear:
"Look at the floor"
If I remember correctly, the ruin appears more frequently as the fight carries on.

The parasite is extremely easy I don't see the issue here.

Additionally, have you tried opening the chest in the middle of the reward room or you just walked past ignoring the fact it's rising from the ground?

Anyhow, next time please describe your issues clearly instead of juggling between cases and making this harder to solve.

To anyone who cannot comprehend his wording, he basically means "I didn't get any loot in NoL reward room"

nol is really buggy, maybe you encountered some bugs when fighting it?
I don't really understand your wording but it might be one of the reason
