Lore: The key collector is a complete asshole who stands outside dungeons and requests that the player give him keys. The keys are not actually required to enter the dungeons as their doors were removed by officials long ago. The key collector has a large collection of rare dungeon keys and he adds to it by forcing dungeon challengers to give him them. He has been reported many times for extortion but the authorities are too busy dealing with the Corruption to arrest him.
