It was a peaceful day in avos village when the sound of construction equipment awoke the entire village. The avos chieftain stepped outside, to find a man in a fedora beginning to tear down walls and lay cobblestone paths. "What do you think your doing" the chieftain shouted. "I have purchased this land from the corkian government, and I intend to build a newer version of the factory here," the man said. "You have 3 hours to move your stuff from this area, or I will be forced to use my rather large sums of money to hire people to remove you," he said.

This man then went to the only land he didn't own, a workshop of some kind, and he knocked on the door. "Excuse me! I have an incredibly amazing offer for you, the likes of which you have never heard before" he bellowed. An Avos woman opened the door. "Uh, can I help-" she was interrupted? "WHY YES YOU CAN" he replied "My name is tealy, and I have a generous offer on this land". "I don't think I-" she was interrupted yet again. "Everything is for sale, everything that exists can be bought" he said. "I understand you are nervous, perhaps me cooking you some breakfast would ease your nerves" he offered.

As tealy cooked some bacon and french toast, he talked to the avos woman. "I understand it's scary, me buying all the land of your friends and family and forcefully evicting them, but I'm not a monster. I've bought them an island all of their own, from some fellow named zhight. They won't have to worry about people being quite so... cold to them there" he rambled on. "Uh but... I have friends here. Even in corkus city" ava said. "That is no problem! A house in corkus city then, perhaps even a house on the island with the avos" tealy exclaimed! This was awkward for the avos woman, how did she explain she was banned from corkus city.... and the avos?

"I uh... Can't go to either" she said. "Oh, you are talking about your ban? Yeah, you are unbanned, the corkian government couldn't resist my rather generous sum of money. I took care of that before even meeting you, I am always prepared" tealy said. "Speaking of which, how are you doing ava. I need more people to help with the factory and someone with a... unique skillset such as yours would be the perfect employee" he said, still not tired from all the talking. "Uh... can I think about it," ava asked? "Most certainly! Just don't take too long, never know when a good offer will pass you by" he laughed. "Speaking of which, do you know where I can stay for the night?" he inquired.

"Uh, All the inn's on the island are booked, but I have a spare bed downstairs if you need it" ava generously offered. "Why I would love nothing more to stay in this fine home" tealy said. As the breakfast for dinner came to a close, ava decided to go to bed to think about the choices she had been offered. This was a rather generous offer, and she was scared to think what getting on this man's bad side would do. She laid in bed for what felt like hours, and as it turns out, it was actually hours. She hadn't slept at all when she heard a rather large crash from downstairs followed by mechanical whirring. She rushed downstairs.

"What is this foul beast, I do not have my weapon prepared" tealy conveniently said. Ava conjured up some electromagic and in a rather flashy display disabled the machine. "You saved my life" he joyously shouted! Ava did not want to tell him that it had just been a flower watering bot that he had turned on. "I now owe you a life debt, and I do not intend to forget it," he said. This began a rather... interesting relationship, and in the end, an interesting love.
