Moderator report page?

Mainly to report a moderator on Discord (not discord mod, main mod), for sake of their own privacy I will not disclose the name.

Is there a page to report one on forums or elsewhere? I was thinking about the "report player" section but I would like to double-check to make sure, thanks.
