Hi everyone ! Corvusio speaking (well typing), you have all been waiting for 2.0 ! Good ... won't be out before a few month, so while you are all waiting for the new content I'm taking up some of my own time to show you some content I and other people have been working on.

P.S. : Do not take it too seriously it's mostly supposed to be a "joke" thread

Also forum decided to hate me so images aren't working sorry Purple you worked for nothing ._.'

So first of we have ...

    1 : Loot running fix

Before 2.0 chest content was determined by it's location, which meant that only specific areas would contain mythics and other high level items. The system has been reworked so that your level affects partially the content of a chest.

The part of the chest highlighted in yellow is the content linked to the area the chest spawned in.

Meanwhile the part highlighted in blue represent the content of the chest that is linked to your level.

About 80 % is from the area and 20 % from player level.

This change allows players to have access to the whole map when hunting for mythics, that way you won't or at least will rarely find a world that has "already been claimed" by another player.

    2 : Weekly quests

Daily objectives are often ignored because they do not seem rewarding enough, so we decided to add new quests across the whole map and make "little" changes to others.

These new quests reset every week at the same hour (just like Daily objectives or Guild objectives would ) and allows player to get a small amount of experience and / or some emeralds, this should be seen as an alternative to dungeons and grinding spots without replacing their roles or "main" quests. Keep in mind that these quests will give very small rewards compared to the main quests but still significant enough to keep them interesting on a long term.

Also, all Gathering Posts and Slaying Posts are now weekly quests, as a result their rewards have been lowered a lot but consider this as another option if you want to get profession XP without spending a few hours mining in some barren place ...

    Rewards can be :

    - Combat experience
    - Emeralds
    - Profession experience
    - Ingredients
    - Materials
    - Consumables

    3 : Guild Privileges

Now this part is for the guilds that aren't actively warring or are just more interested into helping their members, organizing events, or even lead the server economy (?) ...

Guild level now gives access to Guild Privileges, guild leaders will have the ability to give their fellow guildmates permanent stats bonuses that aren't linked to territories.

Do not expect to get +5 mana regen, this isn't the goal.

Here are some of the avaible bonus stats :

    - Combat XP %
    - Profession XP %
    - Walk Speed
    - Loot bonus
    - Skill points

Privileges can be actived through the equivalent of a "point" system, every level your guild gains one point.
The combat XP et profession XP bonuses are small compared to what your guild could get using territory bonuses but it's better than nothing right ?

    4 : Housing Ressources

You can now buy ressources spot for your housing ! these spots will act like normal gathering spots but will take twice as much time to refill and aren't affected by profession bombs, see this as decoration and a more "local" access to materials when you do not want to go back all the way down when you forgot something specific.

    Other :

    - Raids have been tweaked a bit to balance the difficulty according to the total level of a party that way even if you join Nexus of light as a level 80 character with a group of level 100 and above you won't feel completely useless.
    - Lag improvement (:salTroll:)
    - Fixed various issues with quests and discoveries.
    - Fixed horse sprint bar consuming mana

I would like to thank Fleega, Daktota, ThePurpleEmerald, Novalescent, Ori and a lot of other people I might have forgotten ^^, see y'all in 2.0 !

    Feedback is appreciated.
