I am Unable to claim chicken pet

    I am unable to claim chicken (its not in pets menu), I am able to claim monthly crate but just not chicken, any solutions? (I like chickens I want a game chicken)

    Hmm. That's odd. Did you try to scroll down to the bottom of the pet menu on the store? The free chicken should be down there. If you think you claimed the chicken in the shop already, try type "/pets" in-game (or do /use then click pets).

    I had this exact issue a few months ago, turned out it just took very long to send(i got it like 35 hours after i claimed it)

    Use incognito mode in google chrome, go to wynncraft store, and try to redeem it.
