Online store won't work

    I'm trying to buy HERO rank because the beta is coming soon, but when i confirm the purchase it sends me back to the checkout page with the rank still in my cart but all the payment info removed. i tried many times and even tried buying a different item and it still refused. is this something i can fix or is it a store problem????
