I can see that you were going in the right direction, the dmg is good and it supposedly has enough mana to sustain 2/2 costs, you could work on the ehp tho. Overall its usable for the lvl. For the next builds, try to use items like draoi fair or dragons eye to lower spell costs, needing less mana regen, also, there are better choices for mana sustain than bubline and marsh waders.
