Lootrunning is the most braindead method, but it's effective, and rather cheap (~1stx) to start with
Ingredient farming is alright, but you need a lot of knowledges if you are farming rare ingredients (which usually are more expensive), also probably the most expensive to start with (~8stx for effective sets, ~15-25 if you farm normal ingredients) (disco, toxo; rare mob only disco)
Mythic farming is good, but farms are usually patched rather quickly and you need Double Loot bomb, also, more expensive than farm sets (~15-25 stx) (disco, toxo)
Prof gathering is decent, but it's super tedious (though later on you can get quick money every sec if you can endure the gathering pain)
Raiding is decent, but the skill level is high (and needs a competent team for consistent wins), and usually it doesn't give you too much
Forgery is probably just OK, the skill level is high and the time required is MASSIVE.
Uth Altar farm is also just OK, you just do the boss altar over and over (though the return's like ~300% it's kind of taking a long time for each session)
    Stealing farm just exists.
