Game Mechanics Spell Cost Identifications

    Hello chat!

    We all know that +cost% is a positive ID, but in reality it's actually giving negative effects.
    When trying to make some custom items myself, it's usually better off using fixed id rather than rollable since this negative id has some massive range. Well bs aside, here's my proposal:

    Turn +% Spell Cost to +% Spell Efficiency. (Same for the raw costs)

    This will make actual benefiting id land in positives and negatives land in negatives.

    Weird proposal but yeah.

    I don't think the term spell efficiency is inherently indicative of a lower mana cost, whereas I think spell cost conveys that pretty well.

    I agree that what you're describing is a slight issue, I think a different wording could be more appropriate. I have no immediate ideas as to what.
