I recommend you to get Absolution if you really wants to get more heal from the totem (usually can reach 1k heal ticks)

 

-99 strenght means no point in it

 

The -99 strength is caused by the id of dragon dance. Assign skill points according to the gear requirement, then 94 intelligence (water) and rest of the skill points to defence (fire) will do.
