I don't know other classes but crafted Spring is good and it can even surpass the mythic Spring itself.

Crafted can be better, and more specialised. But take more time and effort.

Good crafted weapons (T3 materials, the riht ingredients) are better than a class's legendaries and fableds around the same level, but I'd say a bit below (in some cases about equal to) mythics. So yes, better than the lvl 100 weapons usually used by each of the classes.
Keep in mind that crafted items use durability though.

Also, I'd advise buying crafted items from other players rather than leveling crafting yourself. Grinding the emeralds to buy a crafted item takes way, way, way less time.

Every non-consumable crafted item has durability, and as that durability gets lower, the effectiveness of the item gets lower too.
(consumable crafted items like scrolls, potions, and food can not be "repaired" and is just gone after all of its uses are up.)

Items do not break but their effectiveness is cut down to 10% at 0 durability (they function at 100% effectiveness until ~45-50% durability). Here's a picture with an example
    [IMG]
This spear is at 0 durability and as such it works only at 10%. Giving only 1% instead of 13% Main attack damage.
The Defence and the damage do not show it, but they are also degraded down to 10%. This weapon would only deal 18-21 damage.
The negative attributes do not degrade, this spear still has -4% walk speed.

You can repair items using scrap, which you can get by taking other weapons to a blacksmith. (I'd advice just scrapping normal weapons)

If you wanna know more about how fast items degrade and by how much at what points: here's an in-depth guide I made two years ago, think it still works the same Guide - A Comprehensive Guide To Durability Degration | Wynncraft Forums
