Monthly Crate and Vip+ not working due to mc name.

Hi many poeple have probably already asked this but i haven't found any threads yet, so recently i was planning on buying vip+ to support the devs but when i went to the store and filled in the first step (filling in your mc name) it just loaded and didn't take me anywhere same goes for when i tried to claim my montly crate. I think i did everything right i tried with and without caps my mojang and microsoft gaming name but it still didn't work. I would appreciate any help someone could give me. This is the forst place that came to mind when i had a problem.

 

i'm able to claim your monthly crate for you just fine by putting in "midus_" - maybe try a different browser?
