Can someone help me with this issue with npc dialog

So when ever i talk to an npc their dialog just doesnt show up for example i tried using a different character cuz i wanted to start over with a different class and i couldnt see the dialog from the people i talked to.

 

what mods are you using?

 

Wynntils Wynn expansion and mouse tweaks

 

remove wynn expansion, it's extremely outdated and doesn't work anymore
