How to beat Bob's Reincarnation as mage

Hello I'm a level 75 mage and when bob starts running around incredibly fast I'm unable to do any damage to him as he runs past my meteors and I can't lead my shots either because they don't go where I aim.
Any tips to beat him?

 

The general stratagem as a spellspam mage is to alternate using ice snake and meteor so while the enemy is frozen/slowed from the ice, the meteor is able to hit them. I am unsure if bob has any slowness resistance, but if you are struggling stat potions can be a huge help. Otherwise, you could try to get help via the party finder/forums for people to do the boss with you. Another reason that you might have not been able to beat bob is that the items you are using are not ideal. If none of the above ideas work, you could post as a comment to this post the items you are using so I could try to see if there are any better items for your playstyle and will try to reply as fast as I can.

 

Just teleport when they look at you

 

If you have other ways of leveling up, you could always come back to him when you're level 90 or something
