Lore/Story Gale X Seaskipper

This one is for all my adoring fans.

Gale couldn't believe Qira kicked her out of the hive. Sure her prank might have been a little bit far, feeding the giant spider burritos, but she thought it was funny. Qira would surely come around but for now, she had to find something to do. She decided maybe she should visit wynn, she had enjoyed her time there at the festival of the blizzard, and surely there must be other nice things there too. She began her journey towards Llevigar, as she gently flew through the air, wishing Qira hadn't overreacted so much.

Seaskipper has just arrived in Llevigar, he was aware there were people who probably needed his fare, with the storms that had been happening in the ocean and whatnot. No sooner than he had finished tying up his boat, a ghostly figure floated toward him. He awaited their input, he had certainly had stranger passengers before. "Excuse me, I would like to book 1 pass to nemract" gale said, hoping this was the ocean traveler she had heard about. "Aye, y'got the emeralds needed fer this" seaskipper replied. "Uh, yeah will this do," she said, handing him 2 le. "Are ye a mad woman, this is far too much. I could never charge ya so much for such a short trip" seaskipper said, maintaining the honor he always believed he had.

Shortly after this encounter, they had set off on their journey. Seaskipper, as usual, tried to make conversation "So where ye from" he asked? "I live in the hive" gale replied, knowing this was, at this current time, untrue. "Oh the hive, my good friend herbert traveled there, he said it was quite a sight," seaskipper said. "Yeah it's certainly something, just recently I was defeated for the first time in a long time" gale responded. "Aye, this wouldn't happen to have been a lad wearing diamond armor, about yay tall, blank stare in their eyes" seaskipper asked. "Woah! How did you know who it was" gale inquired? "Aye, me and the player know each other quite well, they often employ my services. One of the few people who listen to my stories, actually," seaskipper joyfully stated.

They spent the next few hours of the trip talking about the player, seaskippers wild encounters with them, his witnesses of their journey, and had a wonderful time. "You know, all this talk about the player, I would like to know more about you," gale asked? "Really... me? I'm just a boring old seaskipper, nothing exciting about me" seaskipper said, perhaps nervous for the first time in his life. "You know so much, I think I could learn a lot about the world from someone as well informed as you" gale stated, adding "could I travel along with you for a bit longer, I promise I can make myself useful". "Aye, I think that would work, actually I think we could get along quite well" seaskipper said.

Thus began a relationship of long and fruitful proportions. They went on many journeys, and indeed, later got married. But gale had forgotten about someone, someone of intensely jealous nature. Whoever this was, they certainly didn't forget about Gale. Just a matter of time in fact.

first of all I think there's a bit of a massive age difference, but there also might not be idk Gale's lore that well
secondly nooo qira don't hurt him

 

Maybe! gale married someone who was probably olmic, so we can assume she's probably been dead for at least a few hundred years. But, I'm sure when you are dating a ghost age difference is one of the more minor issues
