Class: Mage
Playstyle: TStack or Spellspam
Restrictions: no mythics, no morph, no -hpr
Preferences: relies more on mr > ms if spellspam, less roll-reliant items, mobile (tp spam to move around: i dont like how tstack builds have no way to get around fast - enough mr / cheap tps)

Class: Warrior
Playstyle: TStack no pot (high self sustain - can lack in dps if it means making build tankier)
Restrictions: apoc and no other mythics, no -hpr, no rots
Preferences: greed with stealing so i dont have to rely on solely hpr / ls, maybe scarlet veil w 100%+ exploding if can (least important preference i just wanted to try the major id)

Class: Warrior
Playstyle: super tank
Restrictions: no mythics, no rots
Preferences: rally + taunt :o, at least mid damage

anyways how do you get so good at building

as with most things in life, to get good at something you gotta put alot of time, effort and passion into it. so, you just keep on making builds.

 

The classbuilding 101 guide in my signature is outdated with respect to specifics, but the same principles largely apply - find the things that matter most and heuristically evaluate them. Beyond that, practice will make you better at figuring out what works and starting a build in a strong position before refining.

Well I’m still not good at class building and rarely class build, but I realised after more exposed to builds (No-mythic build collection), I seems developed a sense of building. I think looking at more builds and understand the item pool for different playstyle, can help you find more suitable items for building.
