Archer/Hunter Help Getting demolished on Lazarus Pit stage 1

Hiya folks, I'm a level 70 archer getting stomped by the horde on stage 1 of Lazarus Pit. Any help with my build would be appreciated--I haven't really played Wynncraft in years, so surprise surprise a lot of my knowledge is outdated.
The build:
Purified Helmet of the Legends
Cloak of Luminosity
Greaves of Honor
Sodeta Boots

Ring of Generosity
Photon
Dragon's Eye Bracelet
Troms Kid Badge

Maelstrom (1 thunder 4 powder, everything else is powderless cause I have no idea how these new power things work)

Stats: 0 STR, 20 (28 with maelstrom) dex, 60 int (68 with maelstrom), 42 def, 20 agi (28 with maelstrom)

Could you clarify why you chose those items? For example, I have no idea how the defense system works in this game, but is Adamantite's extra hp really worth all those negative defenses?

 

you need blue mask, adamantite and crystal
blue mask for a lot of skill points (so you achieve 105 intelligence and your spells are cheaper)
adamantite for the hp (yes its worth it, elemental defs only matter at around their -300)
and crystal for the mana regen (so you can cast spells more often)

 

That makes sense! Didn't know the skill points were worth so much. In that case, what should I be speccing into after I hit 105 int? Defense and agility? Pick a defensive stat and stick to it? Bump my dex?

 

defence for sure

 

strategy wise, try to kill off the mobs asap. the more you let live, the more damage you're going to take.
