What if there were class-specific quests?

Title basically, what if there were quests that you could only start if you were a certain class? Like a magic-themed quest for mages, an archery themed quest for archers and so on.

 

I like the idea because it would add a depth to the quests,
And I would love to see an extra quest for a mage on mage island!

 

imo i think rather than class specific quests, quests should have branching paths depending on what class you're using (i.e. having to utilize a different strategy to complete an interactive boss as an archer vs a shaman), converging to the same ending so that it's a more interactive/personalized experience--kind of like how the tutorial makes you use a spell related to your class or how the bob's tomb questline makes you use certain spells to open the door but on a much grander scale (i.e. parkour, interactive boss fights like the eye)

but the idea of an endgame quest specifically designed around each class's strong-suits sounds amazing--imagine receiving an item from all 5 class quests and having to combine them at a shrine for an amazing reward.

 

I've thought of this before. I think some very good boss fights could be created if only one class had to fight them instead of all 5.

it sounds cool on paper but some people may want to do all the quests, but not make all the classes.
