Stuck On Blazing Retribution Quest Stage 5

Hello, im having problems on the blazing retirubuiton quest on stage 5 it doesnt allow me to give the axe to detective jackson or get out of the cave here are some screen shots if i could have a mod or helper either guide me or help that'd be great atm im in wrld 2 afk i dont want to /kill either because of low soul points on trying to figure it out myself

alot of quests bug out, you can try to fix by /class and reselect your class that you was playing on or /hub and switch to a different server (if it aint working you cant exactly make it worse) if that dooesnt work then you can try a warp scroll and redo the quest but if you dont have one then yea waiting for soul points to regen and then /kill is best option you have

something else to try is both repositioning your character to get another angle and just spam click all around the general area, the way i belive it works is that you are right clicking a invis Armor stand, which can be is a slightly different position to the object it tells you to right click is (typically i find its a little lower than you expect)
also /class and switching server can completely break the quest and force a redo of the stages you have already done but again if you 100% cant progress then its that or nothing so far ive found it mostly saves your progress more often than not
