Chicken pet bug

    So I went to the store and got the free chicken pet.

    In the game, it said that the purchase was successful but I did /pets and it wasn't there.

    Help?

    I got the monthly crate and that worked but chicken doesn't.

    Also, it doesn't let me rebuy chicken.

    I'm not sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if the chicken pet came as a token which you can redeem somewhere in the /use menu. Have a poke around, it'll probably be there somewhere, especially since the game gave you the purchase fireworks.
