Help With Bugged Quest

I was doing the rise of the quartron quest and I got to the part where you have to kill the guards, but I disconnected and rejoined and the guards weren't there. I tried rejoining, and /class but they didn't work. Then I did /kill and re entered the house, and the guard's dialogue started but there weren't any guards. After the dialogue finished, the blockage in the hallway (not the quartz door) was supposed to open but it didn't and now I can't progress in that quest. Is there any way to fix this?
